1. Page 2, Line 98 – Don’t include citation in heading. You may include it at the bottom of
the table.
2. Table 1 is appearing two times. “Table 1. Description of ten Structural Integration (SI)
interventions” and “Table 1. Baseline characteristics.” Please renumber the table.
3. Figure 3. Flow chart of the study. Where is Figure 2. You have named figure 3 directly
after figure 1.
4. Check for minor corrections in Spelling mistakes and English grammar.
