CEVICHE DE PESCADO

INGREDIENTS:
800 g of fish fillet.
1 red onion chopped to the feather.
½ chopped chili pepper.
1 tbsp. Chopped coriander.
Juice of 6 lemons.
½ tsp. Of garlic siba.
Sibarita pepper to taste.
Sal to taste.
1 parboiled sweet potato.
1 shelled corn.
Fresh lettuce leaves.
1. Wash the fish and cut it into cubes 1-2 cm in diameter. Season
with salt and reserve.
2. Place the fish cubes in a container and add the freshly
squeezed lemon juice. The juice should cover all the fish.
3. Add the cilantro, onion, chili pepper, siba garlic and sibarita
pepper to taste.
4. Mix the ingredients well and let it rest for approximately 5
minutes so that the favors integrate.
5. Serve inmediately on a plate, place the Ceviche in the center
and decorate the plate with a lettuce leaf, sweet potato pieces
and corn
