2. Lift the screw cover with a small screw driver

Pay attention that you don’t damage the shell.

3. Remove O-Ring, unscrew both shell screws

4. Open the device

• Note the colours of the single wires

• Loose the strain relief of the USB cable and unsolder the wires.
• Replace the USB cable, solder the single wires,
bolt together the strain relief
• Put the board back into the device, bolt the shell screws,
attach O-Ring and screw cover
• Attach the measuring adapter
• Connect custo spiro mobile to the PC and perform a test
• Remove the sticker with serial number from old USB cable
and attach it to the new one.
