None can say whether the return

the Great Stomp have increased the
frenzy with which the Bad Moon
crashes about the heavens, orifit
was the Moon's escalating mania
heralded the Farthquake
od’ escape from his temporal
prison, Perhaps it was both, for
madness feeds off madness, and
like the grots themselves, their
planetoid god seems prone to
getting worked up into a proper
frenzy now and again. Whatever
the reality, the Bad Moon
rises across the realms with
increasing regularity, the attacks
of ts worshippers become more
frequent and furious. Fyreslayer
‘magmaholds and skaven warren-

have the mostto fear.

also makes building directly

This weakness is hardly unknown.

however, is that the decision is
made to primarily direct the
strongpoin’s limited resources
to deal with potential attacks at
ground level, though this often
comes to haunt an outpost'srulees
when itis discovered they do not
have nearly enough defendets in
place to repel an entire grot horde

More than one frontier outpost
