Validated for 90 days with tag identified

ABCTL not allows LPG use in plant only Acetylene will be

allowing , as the LPG heavier than air it can accumulate in
case of leak and lead to Vapor cloud where the acetylene
will not

The cylinder has tested by vendor with certificate every 5

years the symbol should mark on the cylinder itself

No lighter allows in plant for ignition, only specific ignite

tool for gas cutting is allows

Always have standby person near the gas cylinder in case

of emergency the person can close valve immediately

Keep the cylinder in safe point far from any hit and
heat/chemicals expose

• Protection of gas cylinder head with special cap to ensure
the weak point protected from any hit and broken lead to
rocket cylinder incident
• Hose no leak or weak/damage
• Connections of hose has proper lock
• Cylinder put in the cart with proper lock chain
• The cart has good wheel support and strong enough
damage cart does not allow
• Flash back arrestor install at both the side of hose
• Regulator in good condition
• Torch and cutting nozzle in good condition
• Specific wrench available at the cylinder ,not allows
adjustable wrench
