The tittle would mean that the document's title is a sign of an approach to the
issue of critiquing non-English native speakers or worse still, claiming that they do not know
enough in using the English language. The words "Why Do They Say That Our English is Bad."
indicated a question about the reason for saying so and can be taken as the meaning of the
critical question toward the stereotype or prejudice, which is discussed. This further suggests a
bad sense and a possible feeling of frustration that non-native English speakers had while
undergoing such criticism against their language skills.

A title alone poses a few questions and leaves details to be analyzed.

Just who are "they" in this case. The term in itself is indistinct and could mean native English
speakers or in this case, teachers, or even worse, society as a whole. Identifying the group that
is meant in the title can help outline the possible power dynamics and bias at play.

The document really seems to speak to a non-native English speaker, of which this includes far
too many people. It would interest one to see more specific, and perhaps even group or
geographically representative, detail of the varied experiences and difficulties strange to them in
the document.

The focus of the title on the word 'bad' is provoking to get the question in mind as to what
standards they imply related to the proficiency level of the English language. Are such
standards quite fair and objective or otherwise, are they commonly looked at from the
perspective of cultural bias and assumptions. It may also examine the impact that such
judgments have on the self-esteem, confidence, and opportunities available to the non-native
English speaker.

Generally considered, from the contents I could read and gather the meaning of the overall
content of the following document, the title itself is indicative enough of the problems and
challenges of non-native speakers and the judgment through which they encounter the
problems and challenges of language proficiency. This is where the need to understand power,
cultural bias, and the possible consequences in terms of language evaluation on people and
their communities.
