This Addendum is issued to modify or amend item in the Bid Documents (Invitation to Bid) for the
subproject described below:

Subproject Name : Rehabilitation of Brgy. Talacagay – Brgy. Bacuyangan –

Brgy. Damutan Farm-to-Market Road (FMR) with
Bridge

Subproject ID No : PRDP-SU-IB-R006-NOC-001-000-000-2023-FMR

Location : Hinoba-an, Negros Occidental

Estimated Project Cost (EPC) : PhP 518,541,000.00

Pre-Bid Conference Date : March 21, 2024

Bid Opening Date : April 16, 2024

The specific provision of Philippine Bidding Documents (PBD) for the above-described subproject
posted on March 12, 2024, subject for amendment as listed below:

1. Bid Opening Checklists:

1.1. e. Bid Security in a form of Bid Securing Declaration (Please follow the link for the
template in Section IX of PBD).

The foregoing statement shall be replaced with:

2. Invitation to Bid, number 5, paragraph 2:
 Digital payment shall mean payment using the likes of PayMaya, IAccess, Smart Money, GCash,
and Coins.ph.

The foregoing statement shall be replaced with:

“Digital payment shall mean payment using the likes of PayMaya, IAccess, Smart Money, GCash,
and Coins.ph. and other means of digital payment”.

3. Invitation to Bid, number 7, paragraph 2:

Bid opening will be held on April 16, 2024 at 10:00 AM at the BAC Office, Bidding Room,
Door 2, Negros Residences, North Capitol Road, Bacolod City. Bids will be opened in the
presence of the bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall
not be accepted.

The foregoing statement shall be replaced with:

“Bid opening will be held on April 16, 2024 at 10:00 AM at the BAC Office, Bidding Room,
Door 2, Negros Residences, North Capitol Road, Bacolod City, with invitation link:
https://bit.ly/BidOpening_DamutanFMRwBRIDGE_NEG-OCC . Bids will be opened in the
presence of the bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids
shall not be accepted”.

4. Section III – Bid Data Sheet, ITB Clause 12.1(b)(11.3):

“Minimum required major and critical equipment:

Construction Conference)

requirement for the contract set in the Bid Data Sheet”.

Construction Conference)

5. Section VI – Specifications:

ITEM SPL5 – DETOUR / CRANEWAY (CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE &

REMOVAL).

“Please refer to Plans/Drawings, Sheet Nos. G/1/214/217 and G/2/215/217”.

These amendments shall form part of the bid documents,
