Details

The Concept and Design Team headed plans to fly to [Detriot, MI] to attend the [two]-day Graphic
Design Workshop and Conference on [June 21, 2020]. The group consists of three graphic designers and
their team lead. They will travel via plane and will return on [June 23, 2020].

The group will arrive in [Detroit] on the same day after the [one] hour and [fifteen]-minute flight. After
that, the group will immediately check-in at [Lavishly Cozy] Hotel in downtown [Detroit]. The event will
commence the following day, [June 22, 2020]. The participants will need to register, and then
immediately proceed to the activity area for the workshop. The conference will be held on the [23]rd of
June. After the conference, the group will fly back to Indianapolis.

Purpose

This event aims to teach designers the latest [graphic design] styles and techniques. It will give updates
on the policies, rules, and guidelines in concept development and design creation based on the
standards set by the International Designers and [Creatives] Association (IDCA).

The Concept and Design Team has determined that attending this event is crucial to the effectiveness of
the team and the company as a whole. Since it is the primary goal of the company to continuously
produce creative outputs that can compete well with competitors, arming the designers with the latest
concept development and graphic design techniques is truly beneficial. It ensures that designers have
knowledge of the current technological advancements in graphics design.

Furthermore, this business travel ensures that the company can have access to the updated and current
standards set forth by the [IDCA]. The conference will help the designers create concepts and graphic
designs that adhere to the policies and guidelines of the association to avoid unnecessary litigations and
repercussions.
