Mortgage Specialist

Dear RBC Recruiter:

I am writing to apply for the Mortgage Specialist position with RBC. I am a financial services professional
with over 10 years of experience in the finance and banking industry.

Throughout my current employment as a Financial Advisor, I have developed strong lending,

communication, interpersonal and relationship skills. I have also developed excellent problem solving,
sales abilities and teamwork with my colleagues.

I have worked with numerous Mortgage Specialist, introduced homebuyers, and worked through the
entire mortgage process with them; I have provided top-notch customer service that met the highest of
standards. In addition, I have an extensive background in negotiating and structuring loans that are
tailored to meet the client’s needs.

I am active in my community and have great connections through my church which has three branches in
GTA and multiple branches in Ontario. My husband is a member of the Brampton Rotary clubs that have
Realtors who would like to do business with me once I become a Mortgage Specialist. In addition, I will be
working with a close family friend who has a successful renovation company called 905Reno and works
and films on the HGTV show called STYLE.

My success as a Financial Advisor stem from my ability to work well in a team environment. My goal is to
focus on building long-term relationships with COI’s and clients by providing excellent services, follow-up
and keeping them well informed throughout each step of the process.
