Installation instructions for reversing buzzer

1.Installation preparation

2.1 Connect the relay

As shown in the figure, there are four ABCD interfaces on the relay. When
connecting, pay attention to one-to-one correspondence with the numbers on
the harness interface of reversing buzzer. AC on the relay is a group,
which is the input end, in which a is connected to 90, C is connected to
21, BD is a group, which is the output end, in which B is connected to 24
or 25 (Note: 24 is reversing, 25 is forward, which is connected according
to the customer's own needs), and D is connected to 18.
The port is connected as shown in the figure below：

2.2 Connect to the main harness
The main harness port to be connected is under the seat, so the
seat should be removed before connecting the harness, and the seat
should be restored to its original state after the harness is
connected.

 Connect the reverse buzzer harness port F with the corresponding
port on the main harness. The harness position of different models
may be different. Therefore, when connecting, pay attention to
whether the harness number next to the port corresponds, and do not
connect incorrectly.

Change the connector model of reversing buzzer to 282104-1 dj7021-1.5-21,

and then plug the black wire into the connector
At port 1 of the connector, the red wire is inserted into port 2 of the
connector, and port 3 of the connector is connected to port E of the
reversing buzzer harness. After the port is connected, tie the harness
with a tie.

Don’t connect the

Fix the mounting plate on the reversing buzzer to the plugger as shown
in the figure.
