ACT I
SCENE 1

Narrator: (a vintage radio voice) In a bustling classroom, the morning sun

streams through the windows, casting a warm glow over rows
of desks. Students chatter excitedly, swapping stories of
weekend adventures and sharing laughter. The air is alive with
the hum of learning, as textbooks crack open and pencils
scratch against paper. It's a typical scene, full of energy and
anticipation, where every student is eager to embark on the
journey of another school day.

Students:

SONG – WE’RE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER

Here and now, it's time for learning
We've finally figured out, yeah, yeah
That all our dreams (uh) have no ceilings
That's what school's all about (come on now)
(Bejoy)
I'm just a girl, with an innocent smile
Making new friends, that's my style
(Abegail)
I'm the girl with the brilliant mind
In books and learning, joy I find
(Reynan)
I'm the jock, with the basketball high
Ready to reach for the sky
(Ruben)
I'm the sassy boy, with a sparkling twirl
Ready to give this new year a whirl
(Cindy)
I'm the quiet girl, with a rebel's heart
Ready to make a fresh start
(All together)
We're all in this room
Once we know
That we are
We're all stars
And we see that
We're all in this room
And it shows
When we stand
Hand in hand
And speaking out with one voice
We're going to rock this school, yeah, yeah
The bell's on, now everybody make some noise

(Teacher Suan enters the Classroom)

Teacher: Good day class!

Students: Good day ma’am!
Teacher: As the school year comes to an end, let's take a moment to have an open forum
where each of you can share a significant life experience that has impacted you. Kindly form
a circle.
Teacher: okay, who want to start first?
ACT 2 Romance
SCENE 2 School

(Bejoy’s Story)

Ken: Hey, I have something to tell you and I think ah-er uhm this is important
Bejoy: Uh, um, O-okay what is it?
Ken: Well, I’ve known you for months. We are friends for a long period of time and–
Bejoy: and what?
Ken: and uh… I want our friendship to improve that’s why uh… Can you be my girlfriend?
Bejoy: Huh? *laughs* why it is very sudden?
Ken: Why? Because I like you and I love you. I know, we just known each other for a short
period of time but I feel like my heart is in fire when I see you and I know you do the same as
well.
(Bejoy transferred from one place to another)
Bejoy: Are you sure about that? I think you’re just being delusional and imagining things. I
think you don’t love me.
Ken: No, I’m not. I really love you.
Ken: because sometimes, I think of us and adore you and it goes something like this

Ken: “My love, my love”

“My precious and beautiful, lovely dove”
“I think of you, and I want you to be my lover.”
“I dream of you.”
“and I think that you do the same too”
“Why won’t you accept me to be your lover?”
“Your gorgeous beauty makes me insane when I see you a far”
“I crave on your touch, on your hug and your kiss coz it feels warm.”
“and I can’t wait to feel”
“the burning love, that feels so real”
“Just imagine how lovely it is, to be my lover?”
“pap, parap, parararaptadum”
“My love, your love, that is so great”
“I promise that it will never end”
“tat tatat tatatadom tararararattadum”
“I promise I’ll stay in your side.”
“and I will love you, till the end… of time”
“when life gets hard I like to hold on of my dream”
“the dream of mine, where I love you, that makes me insane”
“and if you were in a blue”
“I’ll promise that I’ll stay with you”
“Because I think of you, and I want you to be my lover.”
“My Lover”

(END STORY)

Bejoy: And that’s how my story ends

Teacher: thank you Bejoy for sharing your romantic story. Who’s next?

Ruben: I’ll be the next one. The classic question that never fails to make me chuckle. 'Are
you a boy or gay?' Well, let me give you my signature response: 'Lalaki sa umaga, bakla sa
gabi!

ACT 3 Comedy
SCENE 3 Room

(JOY STORY)

Scene: ROOM

(The scene opens with Tacoy, wearing a dress, making her signature pageant walk in front of
his mirror. Suddenly, he freezes as he hears footsteps approaching. With a panicked
expression, he quickly changed his clothes.)

Joy: (whispering to himself) Oh no, not again!

(His father's voice echoes through the door.)

Father: Tacoy, are you in there?

Joy: (nervously) Yes, Dad!

(As his father opens the door, Tacoy stands up straight and gives a clumsy salute,
accompanied by a high-pitched squeak. His father arches an eyebrow at the peculiar sound.)

Father: (curiously) What was that?

Joy: (clearing his throat, trying to sound masculine) Sir!

(He repeats the word with exaggerated masculinity, attempting to cover up his previous
squeak. His father eyes him suspiciously, but then nods, seemingly satisfied.)

Father: Alright then. Just making sure you're alright, I’ll be right back I have something to
tell you.
(His father exits, leaving Tacoy visibly relieved but still flustered. He takes a deep breath,
trying to compose himself.)

Joy: (muttering to himself) Note to self: work on the salute... and the voice.
(Joy’s Father came back)

Father: Son, my boy, listen to me,

There's something important I want you to see.

Joy: Dad, I hear the words you say,

But is this really the only way?

Father: Son, I know it's not an easy road,

But in serving your country, you'll find your abode.

Joy: Dad, I see the fire in your eyes,

The passion, the courage, the will to rise.

Father: Son, I'm proud of the man you'll be,

In uniform, serving with glee.

(His father get out his room)

(get his make up kit and face the mirror)

Joy:
Looking in the mirror, I see,
A truth that sets my spirit free.
With makeup on, my colors bright,
I know my path, my guiding light.

Dad's footsteps strong, his uniform bold,

But my heart sings a different mold.

I can't be the soldier he wanted me to be,

My truth, my love, it sets me free.

(someone knocked the door)

(Joy panicked that maybe it was his father)

(He hurriedly removed his make-up, and open the door)

(feel relieve after knowing it was his friends Ai and Lady)

AI: Hey, what’s up?

Joy: My father wants me to follow his footsteps.

Lady: Are you willing?

Joy: Noo, I cant see myself in there…

(Sirena by Gloc 9)

Joy:
Ako'y isang sirena
Kahit anong sabihin nila, ako ay ubod ng ganda
Ako'y isang sirena
Kahit anong gawin nila, bandera ko'y 'di tutumba
Lady and Ai:
Drum na may tubig ang sinisisid
Naglalakihang mga braso, sayo’y dumidikdik
Drum na may tubig ang sinisisid
Sa patagalan ng paghinga sayo kami ay bibilib

Joy: Ako’y isang sirenaaaa……

Ai and Lady: (Cheering for Joy) Whoooooo

Joy: You know what I’m tired. I will tell my Father who I am.

(INT. LIVING ROOM)

(Joy, visibly nervous, sits across from his father, who is reading a newspaper. Joy takes a
deep breath, steeling himself for what he's about to say.)

Joy: Dad... there's something I need to tell you.

Father: (glancing up from his newspaper) What is it, Joy?

(Joy struggles to find the right words, his voice wavering slightly.)

Joy: I... I'm not straight, Dad. I'm gay.

(For a moment, there's silence as Joy braces himself for his father's reaction. He expects
anger, disappointment, maybe even rejection. But instead, his father's expression softens, and
he sets the newspaper aside, looking at Joy with understanding in his eyes.)

Father: Joy, I've known for a while now. And I've been waiting for you to tell me.
(Joy's eyes widen in surprise, tears welling up in his eyes.)

Joy: You... you knew?

Father: Yes, son. I knew. And I've accepted it long before you even realized it yourself.
(Joy's emotions overwhelm him, and tears begin to stream down his cheeks. He never
expected his father to react this way.)

Joy: Dad, I'm sorry... I thought you'd be angry...

Father: (reaching out to comfort Joy) There's nothing to be sorry about, Joy. You're my son,
and I love you unconditionally. Your happiness is what matters most to me.

(Joy leans into his father's embrace, feeling a weight lift off his shoulders. But then, his father
speaks again, his voice filled with a mixture of vulnerability and courage.)

Father: And Joy, there's something else I need to tell you. I... I'm gay too.

(Joy pulls back, stunned by his father's revelation. He looks into his father's eyes, seeing a
reflection of his own struggles and fears.)

Joy: Dad... I had no idea...

Father: I never told you because I was afraid. Afraid of how you would react, afraid of what
others would think. But seeing you find the courage to be true to yourself has given me the
strength to do the same.
(Joy and his father share a moment of understanding, their bond deepening as they embrace
their true selves together.)

Joy: Dad, I'm so proud of you.

Father: And I'm proud of you too, Joy. We'll face the world together, just as we are.
(They hold each other tightly, finding solace and acceptance in each other's arms.)

Back to reality....

Joy: So that’s how my story ends.

Teacher: aww, thank you for sharing your inspiring story, Mr. Tacoy. Okay who want to
share next? (Gail raise her hand)

Gail: So, let me share my experiences, years ago I was diagnosed to have a cataract. One day

Gail: Mom, I appreciate your sacrifice, but I can't help but feel guilty.

(Gail start singing)

(When God made you my mother by: Riley Roth)

I bet you could've used a minute
Just a little time alone
But you let me be your little shadow
Followin' wherever you would go
Then I got a little older
And you gave me space to grow
I don't ever seem to tell you enough, but
I want you to know
When God made you my mother
He knew who I'd need
When he picked you from the others
He could already see
That you would be my hero
And everything I wanna be
When God made you my mother
He was bein' good to me
I come to you with all my secrets
And you never, ever judge
And when I'm fallin' in my weakness
You give me strength to stand back up
No amount of miles could separate us
No place where I don't feel your love
You say I'm the gift that Heaven gave ya
But mama, I'm the lucky one

(END OF STORY)

Gail: And that’s one of my experiences that I will never forget. I'm incredibly grateful for my
mom. Her love and support mean the world to me. Thank you for listening.

ACT 5 Horror

[In a dimly lit classroom, Reynan, a student, tells his classmates about his scary dream.]

(Reynan’s Story)

Reynan: (say this at the same time act what happened)

I napped one day and dreamt so scary,
(a lady enters crying without him seeing her face)
A woman crying, her face all hairy.
(a lady walked to the bathroom)
I followed her to the bathroom
(suddenly someone pulled her and gone)
Then she's gone, heard screams, saw a crime, faces unknown.

Back to reality....

Reynan: Even at home I keep dreaming about it.

[As Reynan finishes, a glass of water falls, startling the class.]

Teacher:
Stay calm, don't be afraid,
Together, we'll face this shade.

[Despite the fear, the teacher’s words bring comfort to the class]

Dianne:
The woman in your dream seeks justice, it's true.

Vench:
Reynan, your dream holds a key,
To unlock the truth, to set it free.

Dianne:
Victims' voices echo in the night.

Teacher:
The woman in your dreams, her story untold.

Cindy:
That girl’s untold story needs to prevail.

Cindy:
I’ll be the next to share mine. (Taking a deep breath) Good morning, everyone. Today, I want
to share my story with all of you. It’s not an easy story to tell, but I believe it’s important to
raise awareness about the injustices that happened in my life.

ACT 6 Tragedy
SCENE 6 Home and School

(Scene transitions to Cindy’s family home, with Cindy’s Mom sitting on a chair, holding a
bottle.)

Cindy: My family life was far from perfect. My mom, she was a troubled woman. She often
turned to alcohol to cope with her own pain, leaving me feeling neglected and alone.
CINDY: (Softly) Mother, we need to talk.

MOTHER: Not now, Cindy. I’m busy.

CINDY: You’re always busy, Mother. It’s always the cards, the bottle, or both.

MOTHER: (Laughs) And what’s wrong with that?

CINDY: (Tears welling up) Everything, Mother! You’re not taking care of yourself… or me.

MOTHER: (Dismissively) Oh, stop being so dramatic, Cindy.

CINDY: (Raising her voice) It’s not drama, Mother! It’s our life! You’re throwing it away!
MOTHER: (Defiantly) My life, my rules.

CINDY: (Desperate) But what about me, Mother? What about my life? Don’t I deserve a
mother who cares?

MOTHER: (Ignoring Cindy, focuses on her cards)

CINDY: (Crying) You’re not just gambling with your life, Mother. You’re gambling with
mine too.

(Mother continues to ignore Cindy, leaving her crying alone)

Cindy: (Continuing) Growing up, I longed for a loving family, one that would support and
protect me. But instead, I found solace in books and my imagination.

(Scene transitions to a classroom, where Cindy is sitting at her desk, listening attentively to
the teacher.)

Cindy: School was my escape. I loved learning, and I trusted my teachers to guide me
towards a brighter future.
Cindy: (Narrating) But one day, everything changed. My trust was shattered, and my
innocence was stolen from me.

(As Cindy narrates, the Teacher approaches her, THE SCENE OF THE RAPE)

Cindy: (Crying) I was raped by my own teacher. The pain, the fear, it's indescribable.
Cindy: (Collecting herself) I know it’s hard to hear, but no one should ever experience such
trauma.
Cindy: (Narrating) You see, even though I may appear like a normal human being, I am a
ghost. My soul still seeks justice for what happened to me. My journey for justice is ongoing.
I will not rest until my voice is heard, and my abuser is held accountable.

ACT 7 Resolution
SCENE 7 Classroom and Jail

(Narrator: The class listens in stunned silence, fear and uncertainty washing over them as
they come to terms with the revelation that they've been sharing a classroom with a ghost.)
(The scene transitions to Shien standing up, rallying the class to support Cindy.)

Shien: We can't abandon Cindy now. She needs us more than ever. We have to help her get
the justice she deserves.

(Tacoy, Abegail, and Reynan nod in agreement, their expressions determined.)

Abegail: She's right. We can't turn our backs on Cindy. We have to stand by her side.

Reynan: Let's make sure Cindy's voice is heard. We'll fight for her.

(Together, they express their solidarity for Cindy through a heartfelt song,)

Joy:
In the heart of the storm, we'll be her shield,
For Cindy, our friend, we'll never yield.
Through thick and thin, we'll stand as one,
With love and support, our battle's begun.
Bejoy:
We'll protect Cindy, through the darkest night,
We'll fight for justice, with all our might.
United we'll stand, no matter the cost,
For Cindy, our friend, we'll never be lost.
Abegail:
In times of trouble, we'll be her guide,
With kindness and empathy, we'll stay by her side.
Through every trial, we'll lend our hand,
For Cindy, our friend, we'll take a stand.
All (singing) Cindy Who did this to you….?
(Cindy, her voice barely audible, whispers her answer.)

Cindy: Mr. David Santos.

(Confusion spreads among the students, unsure of who Mr. Santos is.)
(Narrator: Shock ripples through the classroom as Teacher Suan, visibly shaken, reveals her
connection to Mr. Santos.)

Teacher Suan: (stuttering) H-he-he i-is my hus-band.

(The room falls into stunned silence as the students grapple with this revelation. Cindy,
overcome with emotion, breaks down in tears.)

(Narrator: Despite the shock, Teacher Suan assures Cindy of her support. Cindy provides
evidence, including chat logs, which leads to Mr. Santos' arrest.)

(In a moment of fury, Mrs. Suan slaps her husband hard, her disgust palpable.)

Shein : [Clears throat] Um, I think we should sing something for Cindy.
Ruben Joy: Yeah, something to remember her by.
Abegail: [Nods] She'd like that.

[The students link arms and begin to sing softly, a hauntingly beautiful melody filling the air.
The song echoes through the quiet cemetery, carrying their love and memories to Cindy's
resting place.]

You Raise Me Up Josh Grobon

Joy:
When I am down
And, oh, my soul, so weary
When troubles come
And my heart burdened be
Then, I am still and wait here
In the silence
Until you come
And sit awhile with me

Students:
You raise me up (Up)
So I can stand on mountains (Can stand on mountains)
You raise me up
To walk on stormy seas (Stormy seas)
I am strong (I am strong)
When I am on your shoulders (Ooh-ooh)

So I can stand on mountains (Can stand on mountains)
You raise me up
To walk on stormy seas (Stormy seas)
I am strong
When I am on your shoulders

[As the final notes fade away, a gentle breeze rustles the leaves, and a figure begins to
materialize near Cindy's grave. It's Cindy, her spirit at peace, wearing a serene smile.]

Cindy: Thank you, everyone. [She gazes at her friends with gratitude and love.] I'll never
forget you all.

[The students gasp in astonishment and joy as they realize Cindy is standing before them.]

Bejoy: Cindy!
Reynan: You're here!
[The students rush forward, surrounding Cindy with hugs and smiles.]

Cindy: [Laughs softly] Don't be sad, my friends. I'm finally at peace.

[With a final wave and a smile, Cindy begins to walk towards a bright light at the edge of the
graveyard, symbolizing her journey towards heaven.]

Cindy: Goodbye, my dear friends. Thank you for everything.

[The students watch in awe and admiration as Cindy walks towards the light, her figure
becoming more ethereal with each step.]

Dianne: [Wiping away tears] She's really gone...

Dandy: But she's happy now. That's what matters.
[The students share a bittersweet smile, their hearts filled with love and memories of their
dear friend Cindy. Together, they stand in solidarity, grateful for the time they shared with
her.]
[The scene fades to black as the students continue to embrace, their bond stronger than ever
before.]

Narrator : Through the journey of loss and grief, the students learn the power of friendship,
love, and acceptance. Despite the pain of saying goodbye, they find solace in the memories
they shared with Cindy and in the knowledge that she is now at peace. Their unity and
support for each other serve as a reminder that even in the darkest of times, the light of
friendship can guide us through.
