Your assignment will be effective from 27,0109 unless a different date is agreed tovin writing by the under signed. 2. Your initial place of working will be our corporate office, at 43 Kumaran Street, Triuvethipuram, ‘Cheyyar-604407.However your services are transferable to any location in India or abroad. You will be liable for service in any part of India or abroad and the company will have the right to entrust you, not only with their own their own sefyice in any Branch, Office, Factory, project Site of the Company but also to employ you temporarily or permanently, or on Special Service, with any of its associate/ client companies, firms or organizations in India, 3. From the date you join us, you will be on probation for a period of six month, which may be extended by a further period of six months ormore at the absolute discretion of the company. 4. Your performance will be subject to appraisal by your manager. Subject to your performance, it would be solely upon the company’s discretion to ask you to undergo retraining in part or in full, 5. A medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner must be submitted after availing sick leave .And also monthly maximum 2 day casual holiday is allowed. 7. Your services shall be governed by the rules of the company presently in operation or that may be brought into force from time and also subject to the company’s rules and Regulations. You will require to acceptably carrying out all the duties & responsibilities assigned to you by your manager and other person as authorized by the company to assign you such duties. 8. You will be expected to attend office expect while traveling on business as assigned to you by your superiors. 9. Weekly off will be governed as per applicable regulations. 10. In case the company on its expenses sends you abroad for further specialized training/ education, then you shall be restricted to serve the Company for a period of atleast 2 years on attainment of such specialized training/education, 1 11. Your services may be terminated by either giving notice in writing fora period of one month or compensation equal to one month’s basic salary. 12. The company reserves the right toferminate your services without notice on the ground of: i. Breach of policy, misconddet or unsatisfactory performance, insobriety, addiction to drugs, is honesty, disobedience, disorderly behavior, indiscipline, absence from duty with out permission, neglect of duty or any other conduct whigh a director or one of the managers of the company certifies in writing to be certificates to the business/or interest of the company or its associates. Such certificates will be final =| and binding in all respects. ii, Absence for a continluous period of 8 days without prior approval of your superior including coverstay of leave training. 13. You will automatically retire on attaining the age of 60 years whilst employed in the company 14, You will not be permitted to undertake any other employment or engage in any activity of ‘commercial nature without prior written approval of the company. Also, you will not be interested directly or indirectly in any businiess or undertaking having interest opposed to or competitive with the interest of the company or any business or undertaking having transactions expect with the company’s consent in writing 43, Kumaran Street, Cheyyar - 604 407. Except on proper course of your employment or thereafter you shall not divulge to any third party any information as to the affairs of business matters of the company any information regarding its customers with out prior written approval. All information that comes to your knowledge by reasons of ‘your employment with the company is deemed to be confidential and you will take all reasonable precautions to keep all such information secret. 17. You confirm that you have disclosed all your business interest to the company whether or not they are similar to in conflict with the business or activities of the company and all circumstances in respect < which there is or there might be perceived conflict of interest.withithe;company and you or any of your immediate relative. Also you agree to fully and immediately disclose any such interest, which may arise uring your employment. 18, You will be required to apply and maintain the highest standards of your personal conduct and integrity and comply with the company’s policy and procedures. 20. Any intentional violation of these or any company’s procedures can result in disciplinary action bei taken against you, which may result in termination of your employment with out notice oF compensatior 19. Should you for any reason wish to terminate your services with the company, you will be liberty to resign from your employment on the expiry of one month prior notice in writing of your intention to do so, with must be handed over fo the company’s HRD Manager. It will be in the company's discretion to decide in the event of your giving such notice, whether you should work out your full period of notice 0 whether your services shall terminate at some earlier date then the date given in your notice . In case however, any amount is due to the company, you will not be entitled to leave the company’s service till such time you have paid this amount back to the company. 20.
