2. The learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chengleput was pleased to

grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner imposing certain conditions. Now, the

petitioners moved this Court to relax the said condition imposed by the said

Judge.

3. Actually, the petitioners have by-passed the learned Sessions Judge

and they did not care the Sessions Judge. They have over looked the

Sessions Judge. Therefore, they will approach the learned Sessions Judge

and appraise him of the latest situation and seek the relief. If they were

successful there, let they go happily, if they were unsuccessful, the doors of

this court are always open to decide the matter on merits.

4. With this liberty, the petition is disposed of .
