turn over does not exceed 20 lakhs. As the GST registration is not a mandate for me & I couldn’t
afford for filing fee & penalties. I request you to kindly cancel my GST number
36BSRPA5801K1ZL. The name of my business is A.M.A Interior and exterior services and
business address is plot no.528/p, Aditya nagar colony, New Hafeezpet, Rangareddy, Telangana,
500049.

I request you to kindly cancel the above-mentioned GST number and I state that the above-said
information is correct and if in case the mentioned information is found to be wrong I shall be
held liable.
