My routine

I get up at 4:45 in the morning, I brush my teeth, drink a glass of water,

prepare things for training. I shower, get dressed, and prepare
breakfast, which is usually fruit, cereal, and yogurt.

At 5:35 I take the bus and at 5:50 I arrive at the stadium, train, shower
and return home.

At 9:00 am I tidy up my room, pick up the mess and get ready to go to

work.

At 10:00 am I take the bus, get to work and do my homework.

At 1:30 pm lunch and rest for 20 more minutes.

At 7:00 pm I leave work, take the bus and return home. I do laundry,
shower, study a bit, and watch Netflix.

At 8:30 I have dinner, wash the dishes and read information on the
phone

At 9:10 pm I have a glass of water, brush my teeth, close doors and

windows and go to sleep.
I thank God for a day of life and I close my eyes.

That's my master routine...
