SHOWING KINDNESS

Ephesians 4:32 (NIV):

"Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you."

the importance of forgiveness, drawing on the example of God's forgiveness through Jesus Christ. It

God.

1. Compassion(maawain): Have a genuine concern for the well-being and feelings of others. Put
yourself in their shoes and try to understand their perspective.

2. Empathy(pagkakaintindi): Try to understand and share the emotions of others. Show that you
genuinely care and are willing to support them.
Matthew 9:36 (NIV): "When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them because they were
harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd."

This verse describes Jesus' response to the people he encountered during his ministry. Seeing their struggles and
vulnerability, Jesus was moved with compassion. It highlights his deep empathy and concern for those who were in
need of guidance and care.

3. Respect(respeto): Treat others with respect and dignity, regardless of their background, beliefs, or

emperor."

of others."

This verse encourages a mindset of considering and valuing the needs and interests of others. It promotes

us.
5. Generosity(mapagbigay): Be willing to give without expecting anything in return. Share your time,
resources, or skills with others, whether it's in a small or significant way.
2 Corinthians 9:6 (NIV): "Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever
sows generously will also reap generously."

This verse highlights the principle of generosity and the idea of reaping what one sows. It encourages believers to
give generously, not only in material possessions but also in acts of kindness and compassion. It suggests that a
generous attitude leads to a greater harvest of blessings, both in this life and in the eternal perspective.

6. Non-judgmental(hindi mapanghusga): Avoid judging others and instead cultivate an accepting

and non-judgmental attitude. Recognize that everyone has their own struggles and challenges.
Matthew 7:1-2 (NIV):"Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others,
you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you."

8. Inclusivity(pagsasama sama ng lahat): Embrace diversity and promote inclusivity by treating

everyone equally and inclusively. Emphasize the importance of creating an inclusive and welcoming
environment for all.
Galatians 3:28 (NIV): "There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and
female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus."

This verse emphasizes the idea of inclusivity within the Christian community. It states that in Christ, there are no

1 Timothy 4:12 (NIV):"Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the
believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity."
