(“DITO”) formerly known as Mislatel or Mindanao Islamic Telephone Company Inc, has been named as the third major ‘Telecommunications provider in the Philippines; WHEREAS, DITO’s intent to construct its Telecommunication facilities at the property of Angel Marlon Denolan located at S. Osmefia St., Barangay Poblacion, Toledo City; NOW, THEREFORE, on motions of the proponent of this Resolution and duly seconded by HON. RAFFY D. ARROJO; RESOLVE, As It Is Hereby Resolved, that the Honorable Members of the Sangguniang Barangay of Poblacion, Toledo City, unanimously approved this Resolution for the construction of its Telecommunication facilities at the property of Angel Marlon Denolan located at S.
