END OF TERM 1 ACADEMIC YEAR 2024

SCHOOL CLOSING DAY AND OPENING DAY
School closed for the April holiday on Wednesday 3rd April 2024. The school reopens on Tuesday 30th April,
2024.
HOLIDAY HOMEWORK
All pupils have been issued with holiday homework which should be submitted upon opening school. Kindly
ensure that the homework is done as per the instructions. Please note that measures have been put in place to
ensure that no pupil will be allowed in class with incomplete homework upon resuming from any holiday break.
STORY BOOKS
In order to develop our learners’ language efficacy as well as competency in comprehension skills, we request
that you provide your child with story books to be used next term. Please note that the purchase is optional as all
the Coursework books are provided by the school. However, our teachers will give necessary assistance to the
pupils when using the books.

PARENTS’ INTERACTIVE MEETINGS

We had successful Parents - Teachers interactive meetings in Term 1 from Pre-School, Primary and Junior
School as follows; Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 6 and Grade 8 respectively.

SCHOOL CLUBS
We continue to pride ourselves as a school for having strong clubs like Home Science, Art, 4K Club, Red Cross
and Scouts Movement. The School is also introducing competitive swimming club at a cost of Ksh. 4000 and
skating activities at a cost of Ksh. 3000 per Term to boost the already in place clubs.
In order to ensure that all the clubs have the requisite materials, the members of the following clubs will be required to pay
termly fee as follows:

PRE - SCHOOL SPORTS DAY
The activities will be held on Friday, 26th July 2024 in our Senior School Grounds from 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon.
We urge all parents to be present as part of moral support and parental engagement.
PRIMARY AND JUNIOR SCHOOL SPORTS DAY
The activities will be held on Thursday 1st August 2024 in our Senior school ground from 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon.
We urge all parents to be present and offer moral support and parental engagement. Thereafter, the School breaks
for August Holiday Break.

School fees is due at the beginning of the term and its paid in two instalments, if you are not able to pay the full
