ASSINATURA DE CONTRATO COM GNLINK

Salvador, 05 de abril de 2024 - A PetroReconcavo S.A. (“PetroReconcavo” ou “Companhia”) (B3:RECV3), comunica

aos seus acionistas e ao mercado em geral que assinou contrato de comercialização de gás natural com a GNLink
Distribuidora de Gás Natural S.A.(“GNLink”) para venda de gás natural no Rio Grande de Norte via modal GNL – gás
natural liquefeito.

O Contrato prevê um volume inicial de 100 mil m³ /dia e tem vigência de 10 anos a partir do início do fornecimento,
previsto para o primeiro semestre de 2025.

O projeto, que será executado e operado pela GNLink, consiste na instalação de unidades de liquefação e
compressão Gás Natural, com uma capacidade total de 100 mil m³/d, cabendo ainda à GNLink o processo de
liquefação, transporte e regaseificação para consumidores. O volume inicial poderá ser incrementado em caso de
acordo entre as partes.

A GNLink é uma distribuidora de gás natural especializada em projetos de liquefação, transporte e regaseificação
do gás natural liquefeito e tem desenvolvido projetos integrados de Gas Natural Liquefeito (GNL) e Gas Natural
Comprimido (GNC), já com demanda contratada no nordeste do Brasil.

Este contrato representa uma nova rota de escoamento e comercialização da produção de gás natural da
PetroReconcavo, bem como o primeiro projeto de liquefação de gás natural no Estado do Rio Grande do Norte.

 CONTRACT SIGNATURE WITH GNLINK

Salvador, April 05, 2024 - PetroReconcavo S.A. ("PetroReconcavo" or "Company") (B3:RECV3), informs its
shareholders and the market in general that it has signed a contract with GNLink Distribuidora de Gás Natural S.A.
("GNLink") for the sale of natural gas in Rio Grande de Norte via LNG – liquefied natural gas.

The Contract provides for an initial volume of 100 thousand m³/day and is valid for 10 years from the start of supply,
scheduled for the first half of 2025.

The project, which will be executed and operated by GNLink, consists of the installation of Natural Gas liquefaction
and compression units, with a total capacity of 100 thousand m³/d, with GNLink being responsible for the
liquefaction, transport and regasification process for consumers. The initial volume may be increased in the event
of an agreement between the parties.

GNLink is a natural gas distributor specialized in liquefaction, transportation and regasification projects of liquefied
natural gas and has developed integrated Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) projects
with contracted demand in the northeast of Brazil.

This contract represents a new route for the outflow and commercialization of PetroReconcavo's natural gas
production, as well as the first natural gas liquefaction project in the State of Rio Grande do Norte.
