By submitting this application for Bajaj Finserv RBL Bank SuperCard Credit Card (“SuperCard”)
issued pursuant to Co-Branding Credit Card arrangement between RBL Bank Ltd & Bajaj Finance
Limited, I hereby expressly agree to be bound by below Terms and Conditions of Bajaj Finance
Limited (“BFL”):

1. I further provide my consent to BFL to share my personal information and the documents
submitted by me to BFL with RBL Bank to use these documents for such purposes as may
be deemed fit by RBL Bank including but not limited to processing my SuperCard
application, KYC requirements and other services in relation to SuperCard.

2. I affirm that all information provided by me is correct, complete, and up-to-date and no
information as required to process my application has been withheld. I will keep BFL
informed of any change in the information provided by me.

3. I hereby provide my consent to receive communications from BFL and its group companies,
business associates, agents or representatives in relation to the SuperCard, BFL products
and other third-party products including loan offers, promotional communications through
telephone, e-mail or digital means.
