The indicated price which is 20,400USD is inclusive of

Tax
Logistics costs, i.e. , including transportation costs (for other staff members/ technicians
travelling with myself and equipment) and handling & packaging of goods.
Accommodation costs ( for staff members/technicians)
Per-diem ( For staff members/technicians)

Price breakdown

The previous price which was 17,710 USD was quoted on 2018. The current price which is 20,400USD is
15% higher than the previous price due to the current prevailing inflation rate of the country which
stands at 20-25% currently. For this service contract agreement, I ONLY consider a 15% inflation rate so
that it will keep both parties ( that is your institution and my company) in a win-win situation.

Having said this, the cost breakdown is enumerated as follows.

-There are 55 items tabulated in the Appendix under schedule A.

-I have regrouped the 55 items into 4 categories based on their functionality .

Laboratory Equipment ---27 items

Cold room Equipment --- 15 items

Heating Equipment --- 9 items

Computer - related equipment --- 4 items

-Then the quoted price which is 20,400USD is proportionally distributed as per the quantity attached to
each group. As depicted in the following table.
