Chimpu opted for engineering, where he has to clear 15 subjects in 8 semesters. In each semester, he can appear for at max 5 subjects. Each subject provides different
reward points. If he clears AI-2, CT, PS-3 or PS-1 – He gets 8 reward points per subject. If he clears ED-2, AI-1, ED-1, TOM or PS-2 – He gets 6 reward points per subject
and if he clear the remaining subjects, he gets 10 reward points for each subject he clears.
He appeared for exactly 5 subjects in each semester from semester 1 through semester 8. In each semester, he tries to clear all the subjects but he was able to clear
only one of them in each semester. If he clears any subject then that subject won’t be selected by him in the subsequent semesters.
It is also known that out of the subjects he cleared, the number of subjects with 6 reward points is lesser than the number of subjects with 8 reward points.
