WHO ARE THE 10 HORNS OF REVELATION 13?

Also, The last kingdom, Rome or Babylon?

Daniel 2:44 And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never
be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume
all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.

In the previous discussion, we examined the seven heads, but who are ten horns. Most people merge
the Roman beast and the Revelation 13 leopard beast because they have more similarities. This merging
has developed more prophetic errors than it solves, here is an example, in order to merge the two
beasts, one has to ignore the following:

You have to ignore that the Roman beast had ten horns at first, and three of them were uprooted, and
the papacy ruled as an eighth horn, this is because in Revelation 13, this uprooting of horns does not
happen. Therefore, the Roman beast ends up with eight horns and the Revelation 13 beast ends up with
10 horns. What happens to the Daniel 7 fourth beast is a simple math, (10 - 3 +1)horns=8horns. In
addition, in Revelation 13, 10horns remain; no subtraction, no addition.

You further have to ignore that the Roman beast had one head, and the Revelation 13 first beast has
seven heads. Some people believe that the Revelation 13 beast has evolved, at the same time they will
teach that the bible rejects the evolution theory, which is true.

These are some of the matters that Uriah Smith struggled with in his writings. The two beasts are not
the same, the worst part; they do not exist, rule and operate at the same time. In our time, blessed is
the man who reads . . . the fact of the matter is that after the Jews rejected the Messiah, God started
over. You can picture it like this: just as God used the Old Testament as types of the New Testament, he
also uses the New Testament as a type of things that are coming in our time. Here is a good example,
the Roman beast ruled at its final form with one head and ten horns, the papacy came in, destroyed
three horns and became the EIGHTH HORN, it ruled as an EIGHTH HORN.
In our time, Babylon will be a kingdom of seven heads and ten horns, when Lucifer, a horn power of
Daniel 8 appears, he will rule as an EIGHTH HEAD. Remember how the seven heads are also seven kings
according to Revelation 17.

Revelation 17:10 They (7 heads) are also seven kings. Five have fallen, one is, the other has not yet come;
but when he does come, he must remain for only a little while.

Revelation 17:11 The beast who once was, and now is not, is an EIGHTH KING. He belongs to the seven
(heads) and is going to his destruction.

I am going to add a paraphrase for a clear understanding, the words in brackets are mine, please cast
them away if you want:

Revelation 17:11 The beast who once was (visible), and now is not (visible), is an EIGHTH (religious) king.
He belongs to the seven (heads/religions) and is going to his destruction.

This information is written in the book of Daniel 11:

Daniel 11:36 And the king shall do according to his will; and he shall exalt himself, and magnify himself
above every god, and shall speak marvellous things against the God of gods, and shall prosper till the
indignation(time of 7 bowls of wrath, not 1260 dark years) be accomplished: for that that is determined
shall be done.11:37 Neither shall he regard the God of his fathers, nor the desire of women, nor regard
any god: for he shall magnify himself above all.11:39 Thus shall he do in the most strong holds with a
strange god, whom he shall acknowledge and increase with glory: and he shall cause them(the ten
kings)to rule over many, and shall divide the land for gain.11:45 And he shall plant the tabernacles of his
palace between the seas(in the middle of the nation) in the glorious holy mountain; yet he shall come to
his end, and none shall help him.

In the above text, many point to the pope, but the above verse is about Lucifer, he will be the last king
before Jesus returns on earth, he will have ten kings under him. That will happen before Jesus returns,
who will be the last king standing. Actually, it has been Lucifer’s all-time plan to rule the earth.

Here is another confusing issue, the horn, many think that a horn in bible prophecy operates in the
presence of the host or a beast, but this is not true. For example, the horn of Daniel 8 does not have a
host beast. In bible prophecy, a horn simply means a king; a beast can be a king or a kingdom. This has
led many to conclude that Rome must remain ruling the world even in 1798 and because the power of
the papacy would be healed before the end of the world, that meant to many, that Rome must rule until
the end because ht little horn of Rome still exist. In fact, the little horn of the Roman beast is the
wounded healed head of the Revelation 13 leopard like beast. The papacy began as a political
power(horn) and ends as a religious power(blasphemous wounded-healed head). What we have to
understand is that; Rome still exists, but its power has been taken away; its fall began earlier; historical
records points to 476 AD as the fall of Rome.

In order to believe that Rome rules until the end, one has to ignore that the solid iron part of the statue,
doesn't reach the toes, one also has to look around, Rome is not the most powerful kingdom in our time,
of course it still exists, but so does the Babylonians, the Medes, the Persians, the Greeks, the Romans.
Even USA is more powerful than many kingdoms in our time; we simply live during the time of many
kingdoms, others weak, and others strong.

The 10 kings of revelation 13 are the 10 last kings that will be ruling when Jesus returns. These kings are
clearly explained in the bible, in the book of Daniel, they are mentioned in Daniel 2:44 In the time of
those (ten) kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be destroyed. The toes are
mentioned as a kingdom in Daniel 2:42

Daniel 2:42

As the toes were partly iron and partly clay, so this kingdom (of the toes) will be partly strong and partly
brittle.

The kingdom of the toes is Babylon the great, the leopard like beast, the same beast of Revelation 17
who is drunk from the blood of the saints. Daniel 2 begins with Babylon and ends with Babylon before
the seventh kingdom of Stone smashes.

The 10 kings of revelation 13 are the protruding toes of the statue of Daniel 2, in their time of power,
Jesus will return. The 10 kings will be more powerful than the seven heads in the final stages of earth.
When you read Revelation 12, you find that the crowns are in the heads, this signifies that Lucifer, the
dragon beast of Revelation 12, ruled in the ancient times (Revelation 12) using religious authority, but in
the end(Revelation 13) he will switch power, he will use political power to persecute in our time, he
tried religions before it didn’t work. The crowns of revelation 12 dragon are authority type, called
diadema, not Stephanos as worn by a woman of revelation 12 and the being of the first seal, those are
winning crowns. In Revelation 13, the crowns(diademma) are not in the heads, but in the horns because
lucifer will disregard all religions, he will give authority to the governments of the world.
Daniel 11:37 Neither shall he regard the God of his fathers, nor the desire of women (7 heads) nor
regard any god: for he shall magnify himself above all . . .

Revelation 17:12 And the TEN HORNS which thou sawest are TEN KINGS, which have received no
kingdom as yet(in AD 95 while I John was in patmos, because they're not the same 10 horns of Rome);
but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.17:13 These have one mind, and (in the future)shall
give their power and strength unto the beast(that ascends out of the bottomless pit).

People think will still be persecuted by the papacy in our time. In order to believe this, one has to ignore
that the power allocated to the papacy to persecute the saints of the most high God ended in 1798, one
also has to believe that prophecy has multiple fulfillments, which is not true, prophecy is fulfilled once,
the power of persecution given to the papacy has ended in 1798, once.

Because some people have realized this, and they believe that the second beast of revelation 13 is USA,
they conclude that USA is the one that will persecute the saints, but when you read Revelation 13, you
find that the lamblike beast of Revelation 13 is not the one that persecutes, but the leopard like beast.
In fact, the same people forces the Mark of the beast to be the Mark of the leopard like beast, but
according to Revelation 13, the Mark of the beast is of the lamblike beast who ascends out of the
bottomless pit. This led to many rejecting the accuracy of prophecy, because people force prophecy to
be fulfilled according to their religious beliefs.

In bible prophecy, you find the bible speaking about the same thing, or in this sense, same prophecy, but
you find people concluding many things after reading different parts of the scriptures. Here is an
example:

A Beast That Ascends Out Of The Bottomless Pit

Revelation 7:11(Kjv)

“And when they shall have finished their testimony, the BEAST THAT ASCENDS OUT OF THE
BOTTOMLESS PIT shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.”

Revelation 9(NIV)

And the fifth angel sounded his trumpet, and I saw a STAR THAT HAS FALLEN FROM THE SKY to the
earth, and to him was given the key to the BOTTOMLESS PIT . . . 11. They had as king over them THE
ANGEL OF THE BOTTOMLESS PIT, whose name in Hebrew is ABBADON and in Greek is APOLLYON.
Revelarion 13:11(KJV)

And I beheld another BEAST coming up OUT OF THE EARTH; and he had two horns LIKE A LAMB, and
spoke as a dragon.

Above I used only three bible verses that speak of the same event, and that is the appearance of lucifer,
there is even still more prophecies about this event, yet many people diversify the meaning of these
verses. In the matrix of apocalyptic prophecy, to prove things is not that difficult, from the above verse,
the following are forced to be the same thing, please check the example below:

 BEAST THAT ASCENDS OUT OF THE BOTTOMLESS PIT

 STAR THAT HAS FALLEN FROM THE SKY

 THE ANGEL OF THE BOTTOMLESS PIT

 ABBADON (destroyer)

 APOLLYON (destroyer)

 BEAST coming up OUT OF THE EARTH

 BEAST LIKE A LAMB

 SPEAKS AS A DRAGON

A list can still go on if we can add another prophecies like Daniel 8:9-12 etc and still would narrow upon
one celestial angel dragon fallen star destroyer king who comes and looks like a lamb, that is lucifer.

Prophecy should be viewed in a higher dimensional level, the war is not between Christ and the pope, it
has been between Christ and satan, in that sense, one will have an eagle view of prophecy. In addition,
the conclusions will be in a higher accuracy, you will then cast the popes aside, and see the higher truth.
This is why Paul wrote, "We are not battling against flesh and blood, but against principalities . . ."

The healing of the papacy only meant that it would return to power, respect and recognition, it didn't
mean it will persecute again, of course the papacy will be merged with a kingdom that will persecute the
saints, this kingdom is called in the bible, the last Babylon, the world calls it the “new world order”. At
the beginning of persecutions, it will seem that religions have power, but at his appearance, Lucifer will
switch power to the state. During this time, the ten kings will give their power and will to Lucifer; they
will serve him under the guise of serving the most high God. Commented [A1]:

During bowl number 6, Lucifer, whom at the time will be a king of 10 kings, and lord of 7 lords; will
gather these 10 kings to prepare to make war in order to destroy Jesus when he returns. Realize that
these 10 kings will be very powerful, they will have under them, many generals and armies. During the
time of bowl 6, the ten kings will know whom they are serving, they will know he is Lucifer, because
bowl 5 hits and expose his kingdom. They will realize during bowl 5 that the real most high God cannot
destroy his own kingdom.

Revelation 16:12 The sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its water was
dried up to prepare the way for the kings(Jesus and the Father) from the East.

Revelation 16:13 Then I saw three impure (demonic fallen) spirits that looked like frogs; they came out
of the mouth of the DRAGON, out of the mouth of the BEAST and out of the mouth of the FALSE
PROPHET.

Revelation 16:14 They are demonic spirits that perform signs, and they go out to the (ten) kings of the
whole world, to gather them for the battle on the great day of (the return of) God Almighty.

from this time on; They will serve him for the fact that there will be no way for them to eternal life, the
fallen angels will catch the kings with CLEVER WORDS, they'll say something like, the king of kings says;
"either you are with me or not, Jesus is coming to destroy us all together, we have one enemy, why not
join together to destroy him". Lucifer will send his angels to perform mighty miracles to convince these
kings that they will be able to destroy Jesus Christ at His return. This will be more like the demonstration
that counter attacked Moses's miracle in Egypt. I believe it will however, be something more powerful
than that. By observing what those mighty terrestrial beings will be able to do; The ten kings will be
convinced and will join with lucifer to try and destroy Jesus Christ at the second coming. Realize that this
will be the first time they will know that lucifer was not the real Jesus Christ.

Revelation 17:14 These (10 kings) shall make war with the Lamb (at his return) and (Jesus) the Lamb
shall overcome them: for he is (the real) Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him (the
144000) are called, and chosen, and faithful.
These kings will also a part of the wicked kings and generals of all ages who will be alive after the 1000
years, they will try again to destroy Jesus and the saints within the New Jerusalem, but fire will consume
them.

These things are only hard to grasp, at first, or if one does not have time to meditate upon the word of
God, otherwise, they become easy with each study and time if one is willing to understand. We are in
the age where we have to be studying the matrix of Apocalyptic Prophecy, not chapters. In Apocalyptic
prophecy, chapters means nothing, where they do, is just a coincidence. A chapter is not a border line
where one had to stop reading, it’s for reference purposes. Example: Daniel 10 until Daniel 12 is one
prophecy, you do not have to study the three chapters separately, they're one solid prophecy, just like
Daniel 2.

I believe the 10 kings of revelation 13 already exist; because the 7 religions have been in place for a long
time too. A beast can be constructed more like a car, part by part, and the last Babylon had been under
construction for a long time, all the pieces of the last Babylon are already available, one thing left, is to
be powered and it will stand up and do the will of its Master. The masyter of the last babylon is the
second beast of revelation 13; he’s also the one who gives it life and power.

Even though the ten kings and the seven heads will serve the same kingdom, they will hate each other
with passion; Lucifer will rule a kingdom that is divided from within.

Revelation 17:16 And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and
shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.17:17 For God hath
put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast(who comes out
of the earth),until the words of God shall be fulfilled.

As I said before, in apocalyptic prophecy, one has to understand everything, before he can understand
anything, Daniel 2 prophecy, just like all others; can and will not reveal everything on itself. A thorough
study of apocalyptic prophecy reveals that Daniel 2 begins from Babylon of gold and ends in the last
Babylon of iron and clay.
