Automatic data Integrated data Alarm management Monitoring and SystemLog Cloud-based storage
storage communication system control system and monitoring
via Modbus

With a range of 10 to 20 digital inputs, 4 PWM type outputs, 16 Relay type outputs, 4 analog inputs, 4 temperature
inputs, 4 digital outputs or 4 PWM type outputs, 2 current or voltage analog outputs, communication via Modbus,
network connection via Ethernet, the Fenix system developed exclusively for the oil sector, allows its user to monitor in
detail the operating status of artificial lift systems specifically hydraulic pumping; it allows editing alarm variables,
operating limits, control states, technical configuration of the pump in use, positive displacement efficiency curve, select
data storage periods from the sensors. The Fenix system facilitates the operator not only field tasks, but also, from
anywhere with network connectivity, as it incorporates a cloud storage and monitoring system.

Note: The Fenix System requires an in-line flow measurement turbine on the discharge line with a 4 to 20 mA or Moudbus RS-485 output.
FENIX SYSTEM
The Fenix monitoring system not only allows you to view the current value of a sensor in use, but also allows the operator
to appreciate a graph of its behavior over time, in order to present various tools to determine possible failures associated
with conditions during the process that generate variations in pressures and/or temperatures in some section of the
hydraulic pumping system.

PUMP EFFICIENCY CURVE

The Fenix monitoring system has incorporated a
graphical analysis for the real-time production curve,
where the operator will be able to appreciate the flow
of driving fluid injection.

AUTOMATIC ALARM SYSTEM

The Fenix monitoring system has incorporated an
alert system, which can be modified to the operator’s
experience, in this way, it will activate the instant a
sensor registers inappropriate values from the
operating range established by the operator.

REPRESENTATIVE DATA ICONS

The Fenix monitoring system during the periods of
time where it is not manipulated by any operator will
display on screen linear bars and representative gauges
for each group of sensors, with their respective ranges
of normal operating state and critical operating state
ranges.

DROP-DOWN MENU
The Fenix monitoring system provides the operator
with a variety of tools to customize the monitoring
system, from the specific choice of the hydraulic
pump, to the monitoring of the state of the variator
that is connected to the Fenix System via Modbus
TCP.

The Fenix System has endless possibilities…

FENIX SYSTEM

The cloud service offered by the Fenix System

will allow the operator to monitor the operating
state of the reciprocating pump from anywhere
in the world, will allow you to observe historical
data of a year of operation, will be able to review
the state of the alarms, reading values of the
sensors, and if necessary stop the operating state.

For this, it will be enough to connect the PLC to

the network, connect to the cloud service, and
start monitoring and operating the system
remotely.

When connected to the network remotely,

you will have at your disposal all the
monitoring variables that the Fenix System
provides, what the field operator will
appreciate on screen with respect to
measurement, alarm status, start, emergency
stop and status verification, will be able to
observe and operate those who are connected
through the cloud service.

If the remote operator so wishes, he can build

his own Dashboard according to his
experience, allowing maximum customization
of the system.

…the Fenix System is synonymous with versatility…

FENIX SYSTEM
The Fenix Monitoring System not only has a wide variety of tools for its
implementation at the time of monitoring hydraulic pumping systems, at
the same time, the system is ready for environmental adversities, thanks to
its robust storage cabinet where it has two sections, one of power (AC
System) and one of analog and digital signals (DC System), guaranteeing
the maximum usability of the system and its resistance in hostile
environments thanks to its degree of security with the closed board of
IP55.

AC System

DC System
The AC system that Fenix incorporates allows the operator not to
intervene in its power supply, as the system will always be connected
to the local electrical network power supply, therefore it will always
be active, in this way the Fenix System will take care of everything.
Completely self-sufficient, protection system for each section both in
AC and DC, completely safe, and not only for itself.

…this and much more is the Fenix System.
