financial distress come out of their debt traps. Loansettlement.com is steered
by experienced entrepreneurs who are alumni of IIT, IIM, and MIT USA. They
bring more than 30 years of entrepreneurial experience in varied domains-
consulting, online education, and global careers management.

We propose a 35-day training program for the initial phase, followed by an

assessment. Successful candidates will advance to the role of Legal Associate.
We seek skilled individuals to demonstrate legal expertise. This training offers a
chance to delve into corporate legalities, aiding those trapped in debt cycles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Protect the client's legal rights in financial contracts.

2. Assist senior lawyers to achieve the settlement objectives of the client.
3. Draft legal documents and submissions to various regulatory
authorities.
4. Work on client acquisition and retention.
5. Help clients in dispute resolution through mediation and arbitration.
6. Assist clients in negotiation/discussions with stakeholders.
