Interpretation of data
The results of the factor analysis reveal the structure of the observed variables. In the unrotated
results, factor loadings for four factors are observed, where variables OS1, OS2, OS3, and OS4 have
higher loadings on Factor 1, which could be interpreted as a factor related to job satisfaction.
Variables SA1, SA2, SA3, and SA4 have higher loadings on Factor 2, suggesting an association with
academic satisfaction. Variables MI1, MI2, and MI3 have high loadings on Factor 3, indicating a
relationship with intrinsic motivation. Finally, variables SB1, SB2, and SB3 are primarily associated
with Factor 4, which could represent satisfaction with social relationships.
After varimax rotation, the factor loadings are simplified, and the variables are more clearly
grouped into factors. For example, variables related to job satisfaction (OS1, OS2, OS3, OS4) show
high loadings on Factor 1 after rotation. Similarly, variables related to academic satisfaction (SA1,
SA2, SA3, SA4) have high loadings on Factor 2. Loadings on the other factors also show a clearer
structure after varimax rotation.
