The Plaintiff and the Defendants in the above case jointly

submits that the parties have amicably settled the issue between

the parties outside the court on mutual discussion as hereunder;

1. The defendants will park their car only at the space identified

by the Plaintiff and will not park the same in the schedule

mentioned area from the date of withdrawal of the above suit.

2. On assurance from the defendants, the Plaintiff agreed and

undertaken to withdraw the above suit as not pressed.

In the above stated circumstance, the Hon’ble court may

be please to dismiss the suit as settled out of court in the

interest of justice and equity.
