Directive: Poland’s Sovereignty

In the light of the crisis in Poland caused by the German Invasion followed by the
Soviet, the league will:
1. Call for an immediate effective ceasefire of the parties involved in
the aggressions;
2. Request the aggressive states to enter into negotiation with Poland
without any pre-conditions;
3. Establish a commission of five persons, three of whom will be appointed
by the Allied Powers, and one each by Germany and the USSR for an enquiry into the
crisis, its causation and its aftermath;
4. Redraw the territorial boundary of Germany with Poland as per the
suggestions of the commission. The decisions of the commission will be taken by a
majority and will be legal binding on the parties concerned;
5. Transfer back the sovereignty over the territories of Poland occupied
by Germany as soon as the borders of Germany-Poland are revised.

Through the steps, we hope to stem out the political crisis and restabalise the
europe.
