Palpitations and a recent loss of consciousness for which he attended

A+E on the 2/6/22. He is awaiting cardiology follow up in the meantime.
This recent episode has impacted on his studies over the weekend and I
appreciate you taking this as supporting evidence of extenuating
circumstances on medical grounds.
