Terms & Conditions

1. The Arrival and Departure timing on the ticket are only tentative timings.However the bus will not leave the source before the time mentioned on
Ticket Copy.
2. Passengers are requested to arrive at the Boarding/pick up point at least 15 min before the scheduled time of departure.
3. After Departure Time No Refund.
4. Tickets booked through agents can be cancelled only through the respective agent.
5. If bus is cancelled, send a request to customercare@parveentravels.com for refund.
6. GST is applicable on cancellation charges.
7. Bus ticket is mandatory for children aged 4 and above.
8. Baggage/Luggage at your own risk. Restricted goods are not permitted in bus.
