1. The joint FDR’s made till 2009 will continue to remain as joint FDR.
2. The FDR made by the Institutions in the name of AICTE from 2010 will be converted to Money
Deposit.
3. New Institutes to be setup from 2011 shall make Money Deposits.

Instructions:

Those who have already prepared pay orders are requested to get pay order amount revised and
generate NEW payment slip before making payments. (Details regarding payment slip/s generated earlier may remain
on web portal application and be ignored.)

Those who have already paid processing fee for 2011-2012 as per the fee composition before revision
shall get refund for difference in amount. All such refund requests be made only to the respective RO’s
after the announcement of procedure for refund of excess processing fee to be announced shortly.

Affidavits to be submitted to Respective RO’s, can also be attested by a Notary or an Oath

Commissioner or a First class Judicial Magistrate.
