SUMMER CAMP IN ADANA, TURKEY 2024 BY ROTARY CLUB OF ADANA - CUKUROVA

(Numerous airlines flying frequently to Adana including THY from Istanbul and
Ankara)

AGE : 12 participants fluent in English interested Turkey aged 15 – 17.

PROGRAMME : The participants will be hosted by Rotarian families during their whole stay in Adana
to have an excellent chance to immerse themselves in the Turkish way of life and
hospitality.

Participants will enjoy swimming pool, lake, sea beaches and trekking days as well
as visiting cultural and historical sites in the area. Also we are planning to taste
traditional food and especially Adana kebap.

EQUIPMENT : Summers are sunny and hot in Adana, temperatures regularly reaching over 35
degrees Celsius. Suitable light clothes, sandals, slippers, swimming suits, beach
towels, sun glasses, suntan creams and hats should not be overlooked.

COST : Participants will pay their own costs of travel to and from Adana Airport and shall
have their own pocket money. Club members will meet the participants at the
airport and cover all transportation, accommodation and food expenses for the
duration of the camp.

INSURANCE : Participants must have valid insurance policy in case of sickness or injury.
