followed by collecting feedback from the participants and destiguished
guest and mentors

REQUIREMENTS FOR CONDUCTING THE EVENT :

Flyers and placards for promotion of the bootcamp . Intramet platform to promote
and space allocation on the notice board for putting out promotional posters .

For the bootcamp venue , allocation of space is required for the camp ( air conditioned
auditorium or a hall space with a minimum arrangement of 50 chairs and 6 tables .

An elevated and well illuminated dais for the mentors and distinguished guests .
A white backdrop , a projection is required for projecting presentations .
The same backdrop can be used for projecting the theme of the event .
A PA system with 3 cordless microphones for announcements and QA sessions .

Notepads and pens for participants ( considering a minimum of 40 to 50 heads )

Water bottles and food for distinguished guests and mentors for both days
4 to 5 numbers of flower bouquet and mementos for honoring the
distinguished guests . Transportations required for guests to attend the event .

A small gift for the best team ( based on Pitch Clinic event ) to increase enthusiasm .

Feedbacks forms can be designed and printed ( for offline submission )

Online feedback can also be collected to avoid papers and save trees .

Kindly note 17th April is kept as a buffer day for organizing the meet smoothly .
