cancer development. However, according to Dr. Khiem (Head of Oncology Department,
Tam Anh General Hospital, Hanoi), there is no connection between a diet containing
milk and the risk of cancer or promoting tumor growth.

cancer through increasing the amount of calcium, vitamin D, linoleic acid (an omega-3
fatty acid), lactoferrin (a protein group). Cancer patients can still drink milk every day.

Melamine is an organic compound, chemical formula C3H6N6, white, crystalline

powder, slightly dissovle in water. Melamine is only allowed to be used in industrial
production (toys, furniture, household appliances...) with many superior benefits such as
high adhesion, good heat resistance, no corrosion, no taste... In addition, Melamine is also
used to produce fertilizer.

Due to the nature of Melamine's high nitrogen level - accounting for 66% of the mass - it
is the basis for unscrupulous manufacturers to come up with tricks to make illegal profits.
Adding Melamine to milk to fools consumers and bypass testing machines because the
high protein percent in milk, but that's not actually the case.

Because most of the current protein tests are still based on nitrogen percent, when
Melamine is added to milk, the test index will show a very high nitrogen percent,
misleadingly into a high protein percent, but That's just fake protein, because the nitrogen
in Melamine has no nutritional value. Parents have accidentally purchased contaminated
milk products and were assured that the milk has a high protein content and makes them
delicious when drinking, without knowing they were being deceived.

Case of lactose intolerance:

Peoples who have lactose intolerance will have the symptoms of lactose intolerance
usually begin from 30 minutes to two hours after eating or drinking foods that contain
lactose.
 Diarrhea
 Nausea, and sometimes, vomiting
 Stomach cramps
 Bloating
 Gas

People with lactose intolerance are unable to fully digest the sugar (lactose) in milk and
milk products. Lactose intolerance happens when your small intestine does not make
enough of a digestive enzyme called lactase. Lactase breaks down the lactose in food so
your body can absorb it. People who are lactose intolerant have unpleasant symptoms
after eating or drinking milk or milk products.

Lactose intolerance is not the same thing as having a food allergy to milk.
