Approval accorded by the competent authority, is hereby conveyed to: - a. Formally accept the option submitted by Mr. Muhammad Nawaz S/o Muhammad Shafi, Security Sergeant (HRIS ID # 6498), 220KV Grid Station NTDC, Lal Sohanra not to proceed on LPR, and b. Allow him lump sum cash compensation equal to 365 days leave pay from 25.04.2024 to 24.04.2025 in lieu of 365 days LPR provided that he will / has not avail / availed any leave during the whole period of LPR due and admissible to him. Cash compensation, however, will be reduced equal to the leave pay for the period of leave if availed by him for performance of Hajj ‘or on account of ill health supported by medical certificate. 2.
