This article makes a value judgment about the millennials which result
disparaging.
Firstly, it is claim that this generation is the most complain. The author supports
his idea mentioning a report by Hein foundation, however the study shows that
millennials disapprove their colleagues if they take time off. So, it is wrong that this
generation complain about their spare time, the work-balance life or about the
weather like the author suggested.
Secondly, it is argued that millennials frequently get ill and take time off work, but
the latest investigation of Strauss Research Center discovered that almost the half of
this age group came to work when they feel ill, while only de 23% of the baby
boomers would act like this. The research not even mention the fact that the baby
boomers usually get less illness than the next generation.
In conclusion, it is important that if you want to write an article use your time to
understand the newest researches about the topic you would like to write about and
leave out your senselessness and the prejudice you carry.
