I should be topic about ARE WE TOO DEPENDENT ON OUR PHONE? (yes)Because the
one of reason is that phone we are connect with people or other our in we relationship, friends and
related no matter to they are where in the world. Teenagers and collage students are particularly
notable in their daily reliance on our phone.
If you asked one to stay away from their our phone for a week, you would be likely be met
with a blank stare and ‘how could a life without we are phone even be possible? They wake up in the
morning with pre-set alarms on their phones, scroll through Instagram and answer Snapchats, listen to
music even in shower, watch Netflix in their free time KakaoTalk friends , play games, order for shop
around – all on their our are phones. The mobile phone was the greatest innovation of the 20th
century. Since 1995, technological innovation has improved digital device and the demands of mobile
phone users have changed greatly. Now people demand simplicity and more functionality, which has
forced mobile phone manufactures to develop computer minded smartphones, which are so easy to
use.
The benefits associated with this device are diverse and touch on nearly all aspects of human
life. Apart from its primary function of making and receiving calls, the device can be used in other
functions such as video calling, watching movies via you- tube, chatting on social media, watching
live television, and many others. However, many people don't realize the negative side brought by the
new technology.
EXPLANITION

 The additionally on your phone have become source of information, entertainment and
communication with making essential tool for many people.
 They also make it easy for people to access the internet, social media, various.
 Stay on top important task and events affect away like break from mental health.
 Can order what we can get on the sport anytime or anywhere like interesting foods, drinks,
clothes, cosmetic things with best quality and cheep price and some item.
 Find a hobby that involves using your hands. Some examples are sewing, cooking, karaoke,
weight lifting, drawing, and journaling. This can help interrupt phone use, since, your hands
are programmed to get onto your phone and swipe.
 Support groups are helpful for people who are trying to resist any type of compulsive
behaviour. People have been using support groups to control compulsive behaviors for
decades.
 When you have company over, put your phone to the side, and put it on silent. This is also
good if you are on a date.
CONCLUSION

On this topic my opinion not always to dependent on our phone because im all the time will
entertainment with my family because that’s can communicate within smile, emotional, reaction and
some interesting movements. If not you can’t control to use dependent our phone all the time just a
movement to respect who are the one of responsibility on the feeling alone better then you giving
response. So people don’t always dependent on our phone. If any problem with your friends or family
members will be settle face to face. Please be understand your life don’t have any happiness without
getting from your relationship.

If you're feeling anxious about your phone, it might be time to take a break. This doesn't mean
that you have to go cold turkey; rather, it means finding ways to use your smartphone in less
distracting ways. There are other ways to enjoy the world that don't involve staring at a screen. For
example, why not set up a Do Not Disturb schedule on your phone so that you can leave notifications
off at certain times of the day? Or maybe try turning off push messaging and email alerts so they don't
interrupt what's going on in front of you right now?
