I. INTRODUCTION:

The Siemens Company, located in Baner, Pune, stands as a beacon of innovation


and technological advancement in the heart of India's industrial landscape. As a
global powerhouse in electrification, automation, and digitalization, Siemens has
consistently pushed the boundaries of what is possible, shaping the future of
industry and infrastructure.

My recent visit to the Siemens facility in Baner provided a firsthand glimpse into
the intricate workings of this renowned conglomerate. From state-of-the-art
manufacturing processes to cutting-edge research and development initiatives,
the visit offered valuable insights into Siemens' commitment to excellence across
various sectors.

II. PROBLEM STATEMENT:

Siemens Software Company, operating in a competitive market, faces challenges


in differentiation, technological adaptation, and seamless integration of acquired
companies. Ensuring customer satisfaction, cybersecurity, and talent acquisition
are vital amidst rapid industry evolution and talent scarcity. Addressing these
challenges is crucial for Siemens to sustain innovation and market leadership.

IV. PROPOSED COMPANY ARCHITECTURE:

The Above Diagram gives the description about the working of an automation
company which focuses majorly on creating software and deploying it. The
creation of software contains these layers of pyramid as shown above and
Simens is known for its Automation and most advanced Software Deployment
amongst clients.
