About the founders
We are a team of IIT Bombay (Anmol Sureka), IIT Kharagpur
(Sajal Jain) and IIM Udaipur (Deepali) graduates with
experiences in the pharma industry, product management
and Software development who are building India’s
largest Omnichannel network for distributing healthcare
to the needful and underserved. We are empowering the
local pharmacies with technology and daily doorstep
supplies of over 1Lakh+ Medicines in order to help them
serve the locals better and faster. We are already active in
15+ cities and are growing rapidly. We are looking for tech-
enthusiasts to join the core team and make this big.
Roles & Responsibilities
Work closely with Founders and Team Leads to gather
data and estimate project timelines.
Should be able to understand product specifications and
come up with optimal scalable solutions.
Complete ownership of features worked upon, should be
able to perform RCAs and provide quick resolution of
relevant issues/production bugs while training Tech
Support.
Should strive for following best coding practices
throughout the process of designing, development and
testing.
Should have great communication skills over email and in-
person discussions.
Preferred Personas
Executed on RCAs / tough engineering problems at work.
Open source/pet projects contributions.
Experience with .NET based web applications.
Active on GitHub / stack overflow.
Rudimentary skills around service hosting and
infrastructure management thought docker. Should
understand the end to end deployment cycle.
