Memorable day

It was 2 years ago when my mother got sick. I was at the university when
my aunt called me saying that my mother was in the hospital, I
immediately went home to meet my family, they explained that my mother
had started complaining of severe pain in her side. Shortly after my uncles
took me to the hospital, when I went in I asked the doctors about my mom,
they told me she had a severe case of appendicitis. A few hours after that
she went into surgery. After 4 long and stressful hours my mother came out
of the operation. The doctors told us that she should stay for 4 days to keep
her under observation. All those days I stayed to sleep in the hospital to be
able to take care of her. When it finally got better it was a huge relief to me.
I will never forget the helplessness and anguish I felt all those days.
