Route48 Terms of service and AUP

We reserve the right to modify these terms of service with no


notice to you at any time.
Section 1 - Signup requirements and provisions.
- You must provide your valid, legal name on signup
- You must provide your primary email address, or an email that forwards to your primary
email address
- You may not create multiple accounts without the express permission of route48s
management
- If you have been previously banned, you are not allowed to create further accounts.
- You may not create an account using the name of your company or organization
- You are required to verify your email on signup
- You are forbidden from signing up using any type of obfuscation service. This includes
VPNs, Tor, Proxies and any other types of anonymizers
- You may not sign up if your primary place of residence is one of the below
- China
- Vietnam
- Algeria

Section 2 - Acceptable use Policy


- You are forbidden from running any public relay equipment or device on the route48
network. This includes and is not limited to the following
- Tor nodes (any type)
- Public proxies
- Public VPN servers
- Paid VPN servers
- IRC bounce nodes
- DNS reflectors
- This list is NOT inclusive and may be updated or changed at any time without
notice.
- You are forbidden from reselling route48 bandwidth to any other entity, user or business.
This includes the following
- Installing routers for people with route48 provisioned on it for money.
- Creating a paid VPN service using route48 bandwidth or address space
- Creating a paid proxy service using route48 bandwidth or address space
- You are forbidden from using the route48 network to cause damage or problems to
either route48 itself or any other network.
- Unless previously approved by management, you are forbidden from using route48’s
tunneling services, with the exception of BGP tunnels on any network not primarily used
for home/small business use. This includes VPS provider networks, dedicated servers
and any other network or service you pay for use in a datacentre or colocation location.
- You are forbidden from using route48 to circumvent a ban on your normal ISP IP
address.
- You are forbidden from reselling route48 address space to any other entity, user or
business.
- You are forbidden from running unattended agents for the reason for signing up for or
accessing any other network. EG; bot users, bot scripts, spam scripts etc.
- You are forbidden from sending unsolicited email or spam email anywhere.
- You are forbidden from using route48 for excessive bulk bandwidth / This is a sliding
scale and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
- All bandwidth provided is to be considered fair use if not covered by the above, fair use
is different depending on region
- All traffic is best effort bandwidth
- You are forbidden from attempting to hack or deliberately damage any other computer
system.
- Any type of copyright, abuse or infringement notice will result in the immediate
termination of your account
- You are forbidden from using route48 to engage in criminal activity online of any kind.
Anything illegal under Australian, British, New Zealand or American law is automatically
forbidden on route48

Section 3 - Liabilities
- Route48 is to be held harmless and is not liable for any damages or issues arising from
your use of the service
- Any activities you do on request will be turned over to law enforcement
- You are solely responsible for any activities you participate in while using route48, and
we will not be responsible for any damages or civil responsibilities you generate.

A violation of any of these terms will result in an immediate termination of your account, and
your removal from any route48 services.

We reserve the full right to terminate your account at any time, with or without given notice. Your
account will be terminated if you are found in violation of any of the above notices.
Mikrotik is garbage.
