EDWARD SCISSORHANDS ‘AMBROSIA

SALAD’:

Edward Scissorhands: Ambrosia Salad

INGREDIENTS:

 8oz or 226g or 1 cup - heavy cream, cold


 4oz or 113g or 1/2 cup - sour cream
 1 tbsp. - granulated sugar
 2oz or 55g or 1/2 cup - shredded coconut, unsweetened
 5oz or 80g or 1 1/2 cup - mini marshmallows, variety of colors
 1 cup or 3 - clementine, segmented
 6oz or 170g or 1 cup - pineapple pieces, canned or fresh
 2oz or 56g or 1/2 cup - toasted pecans, rough chop
 6oz or 170g or 1 cup - cherries, pitted and cooked down with a bit
of sugar (you can also use cherry pie filling)

GARNISH:
 whipped cream
 maraschino cherries
INSTRUCTIONS

1. In an electric mixer with a whisk attachment, whisk the cream and


granulated sugar until you achieve soft peaks. Whisk in the sour
cream until combined.
2. Fold in the shredded coconut, marshmallows, clementine segments,
pineapple, pecans, and cherries. Refrigerate overnight or for 2 hours
before serving.
3. Garnish with lightly whipped cream and cherries.
