Business and Marine and Aquatic School of Technology (SPAMAST). My name is Kristle
Aina T. Lloren, 25 years old, graduated at Ateneo De Davao. With a strong passion for
education and relevant experience in assisting teachers, I believe I am an excellent fit for this
role. I have recently completed my Bachelor's Degree in Education, where I gained a solid
understanding of instructional strategies and classroom management techniques. During my
studies, I had the opportunity to observe and assist experienced teachers, allowing me to
develop effective communication and organizational skills.

Additionally, I have completed a Teaching Certification course, which has equipped me with
the necessary knowledge to support lead teachers in delivering quality education. Through
my previous experience as an assistant teacher, I have honed my ability to engage with
students, adapt to their individual needs, and foster a positive learning environment. I am
enthusiastic about the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of students at
SPAMAST. As an assistant teacher, I am committed to collaborating with lead teachers,
implementing engaging lesson plans, and providing individualized support to students.
