Throughout my life I have read a lot of books yet one stands out

from all the other ones. That book is Percy Jackson and the
Lighting thief. It is one of the books that made me the person I
am today and is largely responsible for my passion about history
and all that means mythology.
The plot is easy to follow, the story being written in the
perspective of our main character, Percy. He is a demigod and
son of one of the 3 most powerful gods in Greek Mythology,
Poseidon. At first this might sound like a very good thing yet it
only brings him more trouble on top of the fact that all demigods
are hunted by monsters
