Through this notice we would like to bring to your notice that

SC Contempt Notice letter dt 09 -04 2024 to Respected Sri Yogi Adityanath Ji Mahant Sri
Ghoraknath Mandir Math – Ghorakpur, againest ileegal program from Avimukteshwarananda in
your Math ( details attached )

Request for stopping all the illegal activities, of self claimed Avimikteshwarananda against the
SC orders, and Complaint against Avimukteshwarananda, self proclaimed baba who is claiming
of Badri Mutt / Jyothirmutt, requesting for action

Recently we came to know that self claimed fake baba Avimukteshwarananda Saraswati
conducting a meeting in ghorakpur and visited your math and temple ( trying to enter in to the
claiming that he is a Shankaracharya and Jyotish Peethadheeshwar ) even the same published in
your Gorakhnath Madnir , official Facebook also ( pic attached)

The honorable Supreme court of India recently issued an orders restraining self claimed baba
Avimukteshwarananda form Jyotirmath Abhishekam ,

Brahmaleen Jagadguru Shankarachaya Poojya Swami Sri Swaroopanannda Saraswati ji

Maharaj of Badari , Dwaraka, very clearly said in his official letter ( attached) and openly
declared that during his life time he is not declared or appointed any Uttaraadhikari nor
declared any shankarachaya successor to any of his two peethas Badari, Dwaraka

And also openly declared in his interview regarding the “vasiyat” (will) system is not there in
our Shankaracharya Parampara and said the “Shankaracharya” seat is not like any physical
property one can transfer to others throuth will ,
For appointing a new pontiff it should be through Shankaracharya Parampara Mathamnaya
Mahanushasanam, the law made by Adi Shankaracharya 2500 yrs ago

for appointing a new Shankarachaya the will syatem is not valid because it not likes a physical
property or an individual property to transfer to others

The appointment of a new Shankaracharya in any 4 Amnaya Peethas is completely based on

Adi Shankaracharyas Mathamnaya Mahasnushasanam the law of Amnaya Peethas , Now after
brahmaleena of Jagadguru Shankarachaya Poojya Swami Sri Swaroopanannda Saraswati ji
Maharaj of Badari , Dwaraka, according tradition or legally both 2 peeths (seats) are became
empty,

Related to Jyotirmath the SC in its order very clearly given the orders and directions to the all
the parties to maintain the status quo and also mentions for performing Samadhi program only

Self claimed Avimukteshwarananda cheated SC and public, devotees by telling lies in SC and to
the Public and media and got caught red-handedly

Even Puri Jagadguru Shankarachay ji himself filed a case in SC against self claimed bogus baba
Avimukteshwarananda , All Inida Akhada Parishad, Kashi Vidwat Parishad, and various hindu
religious organizations from all over the India also condemned and rejected self claimed
Avimukteshwarananda

Now case is going on in SC related to Jyotirmath, Sri Govindananda Saraswati who is the
direct disciple of Badari , Dwaraka Jagadguru Shankarahaya Swami Sri Swroopananda
Saraswati Swamiji Maharaj’s Dandai Sanyasi Disciple filed a petition IV in SC against
Avimukteshwarananda, and all ready there was a stay from long time on Jyotirmath

This so called Avimukteshwarananda directly involved in several criminal cases also, The
Varanasi court also issued non bailable arrest warrant and declared him as an absconder now he
is roaming everywhere for the bail (document attached) , We would like to bring the facts to
the table of C.M C.S D.G.P Govt of U.P D.M C.P/S.P We Very humbly we request the look
after the matter very seriously ,

Now this Avimukteshwarananda Saraswati group of people behaving likes gundas and supari
killers even not fearing for any law, openly trying to attack the devotees it was happened
recently in Badarinath, attacks on the public devotees those who oppose and question him for
his fake, illegal activities against SC orders lots of police complains also lodged and registered
FIR also in several police station (details attached)

In adverting to above, I would like to bring few lines for your kind perusal and needful action.
That, His Holiness Swami SwaroopanandaSaraswathiji was the Pontiff of the JyotishPeeth and
he adorned to said Peeth during (1973 - 2022) and attained Mahasamadhi on 11-09-2022
During his life time, he never appointed any one as his successors to adorn JyothishPeeth.

Prior to which, a lis is pending before the Hon’ble Apex Court in Civil Appeal ( Court
documents attached) and after hearing at length, the Hon’ble Apex Court passed ( S.C Court
orders attached) an interim order to maintain status quo with regard to appointment of
successor of JyothisPeeth and the same was widely published in Print, Electronic and Social
Media about the order of the Hon’ble Apex Court, where in it was made it clear that, the order
of status quo to be maintained and permitted only to perform the consequential ceremonies of
Bramhaleen Swami Swaroopanandji.

Be that as it may, the said Avimukteshwaranandinspite of the knowledge of the order of status
quo passed by the Hon’ble Apex Court, proclaimed that, he is the successor of Bramhaleen
Swaroopananda Swamiji and his appointment of succession by Wasiyatnama was approved and
endorsed by the Shankaracharya of Sringeri Shankar Mutt and consequential Pattabhishekam
was also performed in the presence of Sharkaracharya of Sringeri and consequently spread the
alleged Pattabhishekam as the Shankaracharya of Jyotishpeeth in the Electronic and Social
Media, knowing fully well about the orders passed by the Hon’ble Apex Court in estoping
performing the duties of Shankaracharya of Jyotishpeet. In connection with the same umpteen
numbers of complaints have been lodged against Avimukteshwarananda and his aides.

By suspecting the acts of Avimukteshwarananda and his aides in the recent times, it has come
to light that, by self proclaiming him as the Shankaracharya of Jyotishpeet contrary to the
orders of the Hon’ble Apex Court in Civil Appeal No. (Court Case Documents attachecd ) ,

In view of the above, it is brought to your notice to direct the concerned Home , D.G.P, D.C,
S.P Varanasi to immediately register the FIR against Avimukteshwarananada and
ChandraprakashUpadhyay and others for their illegal activities for misuse of the titles of
Shankaracharya and and office of the Brahmaleena Jagadguru ji, coming to your math

We request you to remove the post from your mandir , math official face book page and , quick
replay explanation needed from your side within 15 days

The said criminal avimukteshwarananda misusing the photos and your temple facebook posts
and claiming that Yogi Adityanath Math accepted him as a Shanarachaya which is clear
violations of SC orders which is contempt of SC

Hon’ble Supreme court India restrained himfrom Abhishekam for Jyotirmath the said
Avimukteshwaranana Saraswati cannot use the titles of Shankaracharya or Jyotishpeethadheeh, or
Jagadguru or can not use any symbols like Chatra Simhasanam,

At the same time said fake Avimukteshwaranana who obtained “Y” security illegally from M.P
against the SC orders and roaming everywhere (regarding this also notice issued to C.M M.P, C.M
M.P ordered M.P Home minister for complete police enquiry on this)

said criminal escaping from everywhere, request for immediate action for his illegal travelling in
Uttarakhand State against the SC orders, with the name of Shankaracharya or Jyotish
Peethadheeshwar
