Are we what we eat? That is a question that we all have heard before.

Even though
some people think this statement is false, I think otherwise.
First of all, it is scientifically proved that our body keeps making new cells to
replace old ones, and those new cells are determined by how well we have been
eating and the nutrients we had.
Secondly, what we eat affects how we perform in our daily bases. A balanced diet
can help us feel more alert, as well as it helps us think more clearly. Furthermore,
not eating enough food can lead to anxiety and depression in teens and adults.
To sum up, I believe that this statement is true as it affects our body system as well
as our mood or personality.
