Pets can use the walking path for movement only with the Pet owner. 2, Pet owners should share the vaccination and sterilization records Yearly. 3. The pet owners should take their pets outside for natural activities. 4, Pet owners should clean up after their dogs/pet does potty inside society. 5. When out of the house and in the society premises, the Pet Owner should make sure the pet is accompanied. 6. Pet Owners should ensure they give ample obedience training to the pet, so the pet does not behave untowardly in common areas or should not get provoked when amidst other residents. 7. Pet Owners should make sure their pet knows the surroundings he/she resides in and does not harm a stranger or cause @ nuisance. 8, Pet Owners should make sure all vaccinations must be administered on a timely basis. For cats, Antl- Rabies and Feligen/TriCat must be renewed every year. Dogs must be vaccinated with Anti-Rabies, DHLPPi, and KC vaccines every year. Similarly for other pets all necessary vaccination must be in place. 9. Pet Owners should make sure their pets get ample exercise, so they are not excessively energetic. Ifa pet is alone for long hours, make sure she/he has ample food, water, and toys. Make sure they do not create a nuisance in your absence. 10. Pet owners are advised to make every effort to keep their dogs quiet, particularly during night hours. 111. Train your pets to attend to nature's calls in the house. Dogs can be trained to use the bathroom, ‘hile cats can have dedicated litter trays. Use natural litter substrate and litter scoopers to make your job easier and maintain hygiene. 12, Always keep your animal companions on leashes. Be mindful of your neighbours’ safety when you take them out. 13. Pets(Dog) are not allowed to roam in Open Gym, Park and in Children area due to the very limited area in society. If pets are found in a Children area or Park then a penalty of Rs 100 will be imposed and will be added in ‘next month maintenance bill 14. Non Pet Owners should be sensitive towards pet. 15.Pets should not be taken to basement for walk Note:- 1.Litter by owned/pet animals :-It shall be responsibility of the owner of any pet animal including dog, cat etc to promptly scoop/clean up any litter created by such pet inside society common areas basement. Fine of Rs 500/- will be imposed if litter is not cleaned by the Pet Owner promptly and will be added in next month maintenance bill, 2.Security or House keeping staff may enquiry about availability of cleaning items like scoopers/cleaners with them while roaming i It is expected PET owners to be polite with the enquiring staff. 3. CCTV footage and any observation from Security or Housekeeping staff will be considered as final.
