Panqueques de avena y manzana (5 ingredientes)

Estos panqueques de avena y manzana son el desayuno perfecto para el otoño fresco, las
mañanas frías de invierno o simplemente para comer algo acogedor. Son saludables, fáciles de
hacer, llenos de vitaminas y nutrientes, súper sabrosos y muy económicos.

Desayuno Sin gluten 8 tortitas pequeñas

EQUIPO
Encimera de la estufa

INGREDIENTES
Ingredientes secos
1/3 taza + 1 cucharada de harina de avena
1/2 cucharadita de levadura en polvo

Ingredientes húmedos
1/2 taza taza salsa de manzana (puré de manzana)
1 huevo

Adición
manzanas caramelizadas en cubitos

INSTRUCCIONES
1. Prepare - Once you have gathered all the ingredients, in a bowl start off by mixing the oat flour
and baking powder. Therefore, add-in the egg and applesauce and stir until well combined.
2. Cook - Turn on stove top on low heat and consequently in a non-stick pan spray some oil or
add 1 tbsp of coconut oil.

Consequently add a big spoonful of your batter and flat until making a circle shape. Wait until
slightly seeing some bubbles and that’s the sign to flip your pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes
more on the other side and take out from the pan. Do the same until the batter is finished.
3. Topping - To make the caramelized diced apples, you will need a fresh apple, peel and dice
into cubes. Transfer into a bowl, add some dash of cinnamon, 1 tbsp honey and stir until well
combined. Therefore, microwave for 1 minute. They should turn softer and it will be
inmmediately ready!
4. Serve - Enjoy your stack of pancakes with caramelized diced apples on top and a drizzle of
honey or maple syrup (optional). Bon appetit!
