to another episode of Goddess
of Wellbeing,a show that teaches
how to maintain a good and
healthy wellbeing in many ways
whether it be emotionally,
physically, mentally, socially you

Today we'll be focusing on teen
mental health and how they cope
or can cope with test /exam
results. Now I ain't no specialist
in this kind of stuff so we brought
someone who is , give it up for
Dr
Anderson!!

Greetings between host and
psychologist...
It is so amazing to be here and
such an opportunity to tell and
show my insight of how I help
others when they're in
complicated situations that could
affect them both mentally,
physically and even emotionally.

Angela: I'm so glad you could


make it here.
Questions: How long have you
been in the field?
I've been a psychologist for 4
years , this being my 5th year.

Where are you based?


I currently just relocated to San
Diego California. I travel often for
clients who would feel more
comfortable in my presence or
just being in the same room as
me.
Why did you pick this career?
Well as a teenager I had alot that
I was dealing with that affected
me mentally and affected my
studies. I had turned to negative
ways to help me feel better which
did none of that sort after some
time, i ended up going to rehab
and it helped. Those were not my
best days. After a while I had did
some thinking and figured that
people go through alot and I
didn't want them to go through
fixing it with negative ways when
they could be someone to
understand and help,so I
became that help. 👏 APPLAUSE

Angela : it's so amazing for you


to join us here today , we have
made a couple of questions to
understand your insight on this
topic today. One of these
questions being if you would
recommend Dr Anderson to
others that need help and why?
Diana: Yes I would
Anderson has helped my come
up with many ways that work for
me and help me through exam
and cycle tests season

Angela: What problems were


you dealing with before seeing
Dr Anderson?
Diana:Before working with miss
Anderson I was overwhelmed
and had panic attacks before
writing the paper.
Angela: How has Dr Anderson
helped you?

Anderson has helped me


overcome my fear for my paper
by reminding to keep calm and
taking deep breath before writing
, remembering its just a paper
and listening to positive study
affirmation.

Angela: Do you take any kind of


medication to help you ?
Diana: Yes I do take medicine, i
take propranolol

Angela: well there you have it
