obliged to share information about you with Skills Development (SDS), Fife Council, and the Scottish Funding Council (SFC), the Scottish
Government, the Scottish Qualification Authority (SQA) and other awarding bodies.

SDS and SFC conduct research and analyse student destinations and may contact you or ask us to contact you on their behalf. Please refer
to the Student Privacy Notice for full details of the information we may share (this can be located on the Fife College Website).

Fife College has the right to amend the content of the courses without any form of compensation becoming payable to the students. When
there is insufficient demand, or if other circumstances arise, courses may be cancelled. In the unlikely event of a course being cancelled, the
College liability will be limited to a refund of fees or that part of the fees already paid.

Please note that Fife College is an approved student sponsor and reserves the right to request proof of immigration status from you to comply
with Home Office obligations for non UK and Overseas students.
